What are Schools responsibilities under guidance from regulatory authorities, such as Ofsted?

However, It would generally seem that Ofsted seem to be taking a tougher line with schools on their security policies.

A recent school projects included gate automation, video intercom and access control. The gates were automated and controlled via a fob system. The fob system was connected back to a school computer providing reporting functions and the deletion or addition of fobs. The video intercom was connected to the school reception allowing the controlled entry of visitors
